This web site is under construction. You will see that I tend to have a minimalist
approach to site and page design. Still the pages are likely to change in content and
appearance on a regular basis. Hopefully, they will have some useful content. To some
extent, this site will be a handy storage location for information useful to me and
hopefully to you as well. While I will welcome comments by email, this site is not a blog
permitting reader posts. However, I will probably post any useful email messages sent to
the address at the bottom of this page.
In case you are wondering where the CodeMajor handle comes from, I spent the first part
of my working life in the U.S. Air Force, and I am spending the rest of it writing code.
For the last seven years I have worked in a business research and economic developement
center. I do lots work with data in support of our various projects and services. I build
and maintain a lot of databases and do a lot of custom programming. Although I have
created a few data centric websites using ASP.Net, I feel the need to further develop my
web site skills.
Content Page One: Some Thoughts
Actually this link doesn't go any where yet, but it will.

Links
This page of links includes sites I have found to be useful or entertaining. You'll
see I am interested in Thailand and traveling among other things.
At Home in Thailand
It's interesting to compare how different cultures solve the challenges that all
peoples face regardless of where they live. One of these common challenges is shelter.
This link shows some examples of how Thais build their homes.
Jukebox
I have been experimenting with a group of software packages form CoffeeCup. One of them
enables me to put some of my favorite tunes on my site for a little background music.
This is my first effort. I want to put a broader selection including some of the
performances of Ry Cooder, one of the most amazing guitarists I have ever heard.
CodeMajor's Calendar
This calendar is another first effort built using another CoffeeCup software package.
